Yes! Once you have selected your rental car type, you can choose the number of Hilton Honors Points that you’d like to apply towards your booking (a minimum of 12,000 Points is required). You may pay the difference using your payment card.

Yes, based on availability. If an upgrade is available, and you choose to upgrade your vehicle class, applicable charges will apply. Our recommendation however is to reserve the size car class you want prior to arrival.
Yes, you can cancel a reservation to receive a full refund of Hilton Honors Points or credit card charges by cancelling your car reservation online prior to the date & time of pick-up. To cancel your reservation, go to “View/Cancel Bookings.” If you fail to cancel in advance, payments by Points or credit card will not be refunded.
Car rental reservations that are booked using Hilton Honors Points cannot be modified. If you wish to make a change, you must do so by cancelling the reservation online and creating a new online reservation with the changes you desire. To cancel your reservation, go to “View/Cancel Booking.” You will have to make a new online reservation with the changes you desire.
There is generally a 29 minute grace period for daily rentals. If the vehicle is returned within 2 ½ hours of the time it was rented on a subsequent day additional hourly charges will apply. If you return the vehicle 2 ½ hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.
Please Note: A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returning after hours when a branch is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.
Once a rental has begun, please contact the rental branch where you plan to return the car to notify them of the extension. If a customer extends the rental any time after the vehicle has been picked up at the rental location, additional charges will apply and must be paid at time of drop off with a payment card. (Hilton Honors Points cannot be used to pay for extensions).
No, you will not receive a credit or refund from any unused portion of the car rental reservation.
Yes, some car rental locations allow for one-way rentals. Drop off charges may apply & must be paid at the counter with a payment card.
No, GPS navigation systems are not included in the rental cost. In many cases GPS navigation systems are available at an additional cost per day and are subject to availability.
No, the name on the rental must match the name on the Hilton Honors account.
